New coat...
I had a lot of feedback about the "girl in the red coat with the dog" image last year. Well... if you are new to the blog... "red coat girl" belongs to me :) Zoe is my eldest child and only girl. It used to be very easy to get her in front of the camera... but now that she's older... I typically get "aw mom, not today... not right now... my hair doesn't look good... I don't like my outfit... I'm busy"... or she plain just makes a pissy face". Since my friend "TK" pointed out this summer that Zoe rarely makes an appearance on my blog, I am making a conscience effort to photograph her more. This past Sunday I scored an adorable peacoat from GAP (on sale... LOVE IT!!!). I've been scouting a few new locations... so I tried them out on her. Unfortunately after much arguing (about being busy and not liking her hair... and unhappy with her outfit)... we lost that window of soft winter light... but I do love the background (and the subject :) in the images...
Maddox jumped out of the van and wanted to get his picture done as well...
Gray said he wasn't getting out of the car... smart boy.
More coming from today's newborn session in a bit...
